What is an ETF?

Updated over 2 months ago

ETF stands for Exchange-Traded Fund. It is an investment fund whose shares you can buy and sell on the stock exchange.

An ETF typically invests in a large collection of financial products, such as stocks and/or bonds. When you buy a share of a stock-focused ETF, you are not investing in just one company. Instead, you are investing in hundreds or even thousands at once.

With UpToMore, you invest in ETFs that hold shares of companies from all over the world. You do not need to choose from thousands of ETFs yourself because we have already selected a range based on low costs, global diversification, and sustainability.

Important: Investing involves risks. The value of your investments can go up or down, and you may lose part or all of your initial deposit. Historical averages do not guarantee future results.
