Automatic deposit & withdrawal

Updated over a month ago

You can always withdraw your balance from the UpToMore Fund, except for the amount you’ve automatically deposited in the past 60 days.

Example: You have €5,000 in your account. Of that, €200 was automatically deposited in the past 53 days. If you withdraw everything, you’ll immediately receive €4,800. The remaining €200 will be paid out once the last automatic deposit is 60 days old.

Why wait 60 days?

With a direct debit (automatic withdrawal from your bank account), the payment can still be reversed for up to 60 days. That’s why the part you’ve deposited in that period can only be paid out after 60 days. This prevents fraud and keeps costs low for everyone.

If you withdraw that part, your investment is sold right away, so stock market movements no longer affect it. The money just arrives a little later in your bank account.

Did you deposit via iDEAL, or was your automatic deposit more than 60 days ago? Then this rule doesn’t apply.
